The concept:
We have a house at Sea Ranch with an ocean view. There are three bedrooms in the main house, a secluded cottage off the house next to the hot tub in a courtyard, a large living room and dining room as well as a full utility kitchen. There is additional space in the living room for sleeping and a balcony that overlooks the clear blue ocean. It is next to the golf course and within a seven-minute drive of the town Gualala. Deer graze near-by.

Gualala
Gualala, an old-time coastal town, features quaint little shops and cappuccino. Mendocino is a 45 minute drive with Point Arena and other small towns in between and Fort Bragg is beyond. The drive to Sea Ranch is along the Pacific Ocean with breathtaking views and exquisite countryside.

What Doesn't Sea Ranch Offer?
Drive up the coast drive from the bay area or down the coast from the north and shake off those worldly meetings, business deals and the daily confronts of a too busy life. Sea Ranch is a gorgeous, relaxing and engaging place to go.

At Sea Ranch:

Play:
Walk the trails on ocean trails, bask in the sun, lazily watch crimson sunsets, ride your bike, milk the cow, oh well maybe not that. But you can horseback ride, canoe up the river, shop in Mendocino, go seal pup watching, bird watching, deer gazing, hike the forest, visit the new dog park, visit the unique stained glass chapel, drive to Pt. Arena Lighthouse and watch the whales. Or you could just sit around reading the new book that you got for the holidays.

Coming to Work a Little and Play?
Or come dedicating a week to shared projects, retreats, business plans, writing to launch your company’s new vision design or write and reflect on your next piece of work.

Walk out onto the deck and breathe in deep fresh ocean air. Looking off in the distance, lose yourself in deep blue waves. Commune with the the ocean and deer or step out the back door and take a robust hike to wake up after that last business meeting.

Travel up the road to restaurants near-by. Or prepare gourmet delights in the kitchen. Take a hot tub. Conversations never had it this good. After dinner, light up the fireplace and “cozy” in for the night.

Seeking Solitude?
By day, the coast is full of alcoves and quiet retreat places.

The stars still shine bright in the sky at night. Sit in the hot tub and just reflect on where your life is going and where it has been.

In the morning? Curl up with a book, glancing up at the ocean when the mood strikes.

What A Great Idea.
Come alone or bring your partners, family and friends. Bask in the lap of luxury, adventure and beauty while at work, play or in retreat. Have a group of friends, partners, family and community members go in together and rent it for the week. As a couple or with friends, enjoy Sea Ranch with loved ones, new friends or romance the stone.

If you want to come alone and have solitude you will find it. Coming alone provides a luxurious and adventurous time.

Coming as a group and sharing expenses makes it effortlessly affordable and makes for great fun.

Blessings and Joy to coast travel adventures,
